The tartar was delicious, the dressing was well paired and the greens and cucumbers mixed with the marscarpone and mini peppers was a great combination that helped show off the fresh beautiful sushi grade tuna.

Sexual Chocolate Red Blend ~ CA

The name grabs your attention but the taste will blow your senses away! A delicious red blend that compliments your charcuterie tray marvelously. Throw in great service from Camille and you have an awesome experience!

Owen Roe Rosa Mystica Cabernet Franc ~ Columbia Valley, WA

Not what I was looking for but walked away very happy. I was expecting an underipe red fruited Cabernet franc with a slight vegetal edge. What I ended up with was a fruit forward Cabernet Franc with notes of black berry bramble, sweet wet Tobacco and hints of vanilla and sweet baking spices. Tannins were relaxed yet dusty coating the mouth and keeping the finish long. If I had to guess I would say French oak, no more than 20% new and around of year in the barriques. A ripe expression of cab franc for sure but with a back bone of acidity and refined oak influencing resulting a unique highly enjoyable Cabernet Franc!

Croft 7yr Reserve Tawny Porto ~ Portugal

My wife and I learned to appreciate Croft Port on a river cruise in Portugal. This awesome port pairs nicely with the Affogato (vanilla Gelato with espresso). The only way it gets better is if Camille is your server.

~ cypress grove lamb chopper

My wife and I had a night available away from the children and stumbled upon bin & board. What a great surprise! We ordered a charcuterie with duck prosciutto, lamb chopper, and one other cheese. My wife ordered the popping bubbles flight and I was extremely excited to see a great GSM on the menu. We enjoyed everything immensely, the food, the wine, the champagne and the venue/service! We will definitely be returning.

Mad Violets Pinot Noir ~ Willamette Valley, OR v. 2015

Exquisite Aromatics from this Pinot. As willamette is known, there are notes of fresh tilled earth, slight bouquet of roasted mushroom, followed with crushed flowers and an immediate rush of red ripe strawberries and cherries. On the palate the fruit hits you in the front with vibrant notes of lush red cherry and silky refined tannins, the acid is perfectly balanced and extends the finish into a fruit melody with a savory edge. Truly a fantastic wine especially for the price. Would carry this on my own wine list so kudos to whoever chose this wine! Cheers!
